All clients begin with the Lakefront Performance Assessment. This is a comprehensive one time evaluation designed to understand how you move, what your goals are, and what’s limiting your performance. This process combines a remote consultation with an in-person performance assessment to provide a complete picture before any plan is created. Designed for athletes seeking improved performance, individuals returning from injury, and clients looking for a structured, guided approach to improve their performance. This will include a 4 week performance starter plan to help you stay consistent with your goals! Assessments are performed in an appropriate training environment, either at the clients home or a local field, based on space and performance needs.

The Lakefront Performance Plan is a structured 8 week , high level performance plan designed to reduce injury risk, and provide a clear path forward for athletes and high performing individuals. Each performance plan will include the Lakefront Performance Assessment ( Remote/ In person) to identify key movement patterns, strengths, and limitations. From there, clients receive the performance program based upon goals, ability, and structured input from Lakefront Performance .
Lakefront Performance Membership is a remote progression system that aims to keeps clients improving after their initial starter plan or 8-12 week plan is completed. The performance membership will include structured updates, accountability, program re-assessments, and program adjustments.
